I ordered this book by John Seymour for my birthday and Mark and I were blown away by how detailed and awesome this book is. It is adaptable to everyone from the urban farmer to the 5 acre farmer. It teaches how to make butter, preserve vegetables, gut a rabbit, repel pests... the list really just goes on and on.
