I had a little birthday BBQ and hike yesterday at my favorite trail in the San Gabriel Mountains. There was lots of delicious food and LOTS of delicious cake. After stuffing ourselves with food we headed out on the hike. The trail ends at a beautiful waterfall with pools of water you can swim in. Andrea and I found out though that if you climb past the waterfall and keep going there is another hidden waterfall which was also incredibly beautiful. The last picture is of me really wanting to jump into the pool of water, everyone kept passing me and jumping in but I just couldn't do it. So no mom, if everyone jumped off a cliff I would not.
