Our good friend Lindsay Ames had this wonderful art show in Little Tokyo this weekend. She creates images by rolling tissue paper into tiny little circles and gluing them to a canvas (or old furniture). My favorite is the one she did of her old school photo. Lindsay mixed her pieces with graffiti and a beautifully re-upholstered love seat done by her friend (I will post her website soon).
